Inside Books Project

IBP is an all volunteer, non-profit organization sending free books and educational materials to people in prison in the state of Texas. Their volunteer nights are every Sunday and Thursday night.

Sending Solidarity

Sending Solidarity educates and empowers juveniles incarcerated in adult institutions by providing them literature, an outlet for creative writing and arts, and fosters connection between the community and the incarcerated.

Allies Against Slavery

Allies exists to be a network and platform for activism that sustains local community involvement in the anti-trafficking movement. They envision a zero-tolerance environment for human trafficking in all communities.

Coalition SAUS

The Coalition to Strengthen Austin Urban Schools is a parent-led group representing inner-city public schools working to ensure accessible, quality Public Education for all children and healthy, thriving Public Schools in Austin’s urban core. Coalition SAUS was formed in response to the potential closing of 9 Austin schools in 2011.

Stonesprings Wellness

Stonesprings Wellness offers services such as Individual Counseling, Couple & Family Therapy, and Spiritual Direction. Jason is a life coach, spiritual director, and massage therapist and Gena is a bilingual licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist. They operate on a sliding scale.

Vox is a church community whose focus is on finding ways to use their skills, abilities and resources in the neighborhoods where they live.  They gather as a community every Sunday morning at 11am.
